Willing Workers

The Willing Workers Club of Ward Memorial African Methodist Episcopal Church was organized Saturday, August the 22nd, 1942, under the leadership of Miss Evelyn Lyles. This was 45 years ago under the pastorate of Reverend Walter L Hildebrand during his first appointment at Ward.

The purpose of the Club is to create better relationships, spiritually and culturally, and to promote a friendly and charitable attitude toward everyone, to give financial support to our church and to work for the good of all.

Willingly we share our blessings, hoping some one may enjoy happiness in understanding that 'Sharing is a work of LOVE.

Our aim was to work together in the future as we have worked together in the past and our Motto is "ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL".
